Thanks to a unique program provided to land owners in the state of Texas, I was able to obtain my Deer Breeder’s Permit, and Morani began to raise our own whitetails as replacements for the eliminated native whitetail stock. What started out as a practical re-stocking of the ranch almost 10 years ago, has turned into a passion and a love for what I consider one of the most incredible and unique animals in the world—whitetail deer.
